Cold Pressed Castor Oil

Hello, it has been such as long time I posted here. Though, I do post on my facebook page. Over time, I have discovered that many people, particularly ladies, are not aware of the various health benefits of castor oil.  There are different types of castor oil, such as black castor oil, hydrogenated castor oil and castor oil granules. However, I will focus on the cold pressed castor oil for this blog post. I am writing on this type of castor oil because it is considered to be the oil with the greatest concentration of nutrients.
