Hello, it has been such as long time I posted here. Though, I do post on my facebook page. Over time, I have discovered that many people, particularly ladies, are not aware of the various health benefits of castor oil.  There are different types of castor oil, such as black castor oil, hydrogenated castor oil and castor oil granules. Do you remember gladiators? Did you ever rock them when they were in vogue? If didn’t have the opportunity to do so, you can now.
